The Method
At the heart of my work is Conscious Connected Breathwork. This style of breathing shifts you into an altered state where you can feel and notice more of what’s happening inside your body.
As the breath moves through you, it often shows where energy or emotion is being held. These are the places that feel restricted, tight, or simply not alive. Through gentle bodywork and touch, we invite the breath into those areas that may not have been fully breathed into before.
In doing this, emotions and experiences stored in the body can begin to release. Old stress patterns start to loosen, and the nervous system learns there is another way to respond — one that feels calmer, more open, and more connected.
Every session takes place in a safe, supported space. You don’t need to force or analyse anything. The method works by letting the body lead, so you can experience change not just in your thoughts, but in how you actually feel and live day to day.
